She helped me make decisions on letting go of a lot of stuff that I had been holding on to for a long time. I am now very motivated to continue to downsize only because of Shannon’s Service!!! Shannon communicated well and consistently throughout the beginning of the process. She arrived on time and worked her rear end off. No sitting, no breaks; just lots of energy and extremely hard work. She helped me move from being overwhelmed with the amount of stuff to thinking “I can do this!” We worked on one room to declutter, open/get rid of packed boxes, clean and organize. She gave me my life back, and it was very freeing to trash and donate that stuff. And this was a huge job for one room!! We have appointments booked to keep going throughout the house and even garage.

Shannon has been amazing! The first time she came, she was working with my autistic daughter to get her room organized. She was super patient, kind, and understanding about my daughter’s specific needs. When we asked her back to deal with the kitchen, she was easily able to identify all the superfluous plasticware and items we no longer need. She re-organized everything so it made sense, cleaning as she went along. She is a focused and diligent worker, flexible, understanding, and very easy to be around. We will have her back over and over until this house is in tiptop shape. It’ll take a lot of work, but she’s proven that she’s up to the task. Thank you, Shannon! You’re the best!

Then she started working and gave me projects to do when I needed some guidance. One more visit and my house will be where it needs to be!

We still had boxes of stuff from our move to Springfield 2 yrs ago and she found a home for everything and where we can now easily find things. She was always patiently there on time (early actually) when I’d show up & still be on the phone wrapping up that last call & (more than I’d like to admit) a few minutes late. After each and every session I was so happy I showed up and worked through all that I did with her. You have to start somewhere & Shannon is exactly who you need by your side when you’re ready (or not 😉) to do that.
Most of us are perfectly capable of doing this, BUT we can’t seem to get it done. She helped me get my remodeled closet and attic space done. Phew!!!
